Irwin Naturals Inc. (CSE:IWIN) has announced that it is expanding its chain of psychedelic mental health centers with the acquisition of two clinics in Georgia.
The company said it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding membership interest in Invictus Clinic LLC, a healthcare company that operates clinics offering ketamine-assisted therapy, hydration therapy, and NAD+ therapy in Atlanta and Woodstock.
Irwin CEO Klee Irwin said he was looking forward to working with the Invictus team to bring the company’s brand to Georgia.

“We believe the strength of our brand will reduce the mental barrier for many people when they engage with this type of therapy,” he said in a statement.
Irwin has reached agreements to add a total of nine clinics in four different states to its chain of psychedelic health clinics, Emergence by Irwin Naturals, in less than three months during its national rollup.
“We are adding earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to our bottom line with every clinic we bring into the fold,” the Irwin CEO added.
