Avation PLC (LSE:AVAP) said the prospectus relating to the listing of its bondholder warrants has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
The commercial passenger aircraft leasing company said the warrants are expected to be admitted to the standard section of the Official List on 24 June.
At admission, there will be 5.86mln warrants in issue, with an exercise price of 114.5p and a final exercise date of 31 October 2026.
