Adam Miller is to step down as CFO in September, with David Hancock to serve as interim CFO

Deliveroo PLC (LSE:ROO) said it has hired Scilla Grimble as its new chief financial officer.

Grimble is currently chief financial officer (CFO) at price comparison site Moneysupermarket.com (LSE:MONY) and is expected to start no later than June 2023.

The food delivery firm said Adam Miller will be stepping down as CFO and as a director on September 17, with David Hancock, currently vice president of Investor Relations, to serve as interim CFO.

Grimble was previously interim CFO at Marks and Spencer Group PLC (LSE:MKS) where she was also director, group finance, and she has held a range of senior finance and leadership roles at Tesco PLC (LSE:TSCO).

Grimble spent 10 years at UBS Group AG (NYSE:UBS) where she was managing director and began her career at PwC where she qualified as a chartered accountant. Grimble is currently a non-executive director at Taylor Wimpey PLC (LSE:TW.).
