Spectral MD Holdings has won the Best Technology medal at the European Mediscience Awards.
The award is for a technology that is innovative, well funded and capable of significant commercial success, even if it is not yet proven.
Spectral MD received recognition for its DeepView wound imaging system, a predictive analytics platform that combines AI algorithms and medical imaging for wound prediction.
Wensheng Fan, Spectral MD’s chief executive, said: "This award is a testament to the passion and hard work of the Spectral MD team and the fantastic technology that we continue to develop. We are honored to be recognized on an international stage at such a prestigious event."
The European Mediscience Awards is the largest annual gathering of private and publicly quoted healthcare, biotech and life sciences companies in Europe.
