Curtis Banks Group PLC (AIM:CBP), the self-invested personal pensions (SIPP) provider, said its chief operating officer, Jane Ridgley, is to retire.
Ridgley will remain with the group and a director of the board for up to 12 months to ensure an orderly handover. A search for a new chief operating officer is underway.
On behalf of the board Will Self, the chief executive officer of Curtis Banks, thanked Ridgley for the significant contribution she has made to Curtis Banks and wished her well in her retirement.
“Under her guidance, we have improved our operations across the business, unlocked efficiencies and built out our technology and service offering. As we look to the future, it is important we create the strongest possible base for growth and Jane will play an important role in overseeing a smooth transition over the next 12 months,” Self said.
