Healixa (OTC:EMOR) Inc has announced that it has expanded its board of directors as it prepares for a potential uplisting to a national exchange with the appointment of Fig Annunziato and Dong Yun (Kevin) Kim as independent directors.
Healixa (OTC:EMOR) CEO Ian Parker said the company was pleased to welcome the new directors to its board as it makes final preparations to apply for a potential uplisting.
“Healixa is striving to meet the highest standards of corporate governance, and with the addition of Fig and Kevin, the majority of our board is now held by independent directors,” Parker said.

“These latest accomplished executives to join our board bring extensive financial, operational, and market experience, and we look forward to benefiting from their diverse backgrounds and respective expertise, which we believe will prove indispensable as we enter a critical period of accelerating growth."
Annunziato currently serves as ClaimFox’s CEO, where she has set the standard for excellence in client service and data management solutions. Before Claimfox, Annunziato worked for the US government, handling strategic issues at the Government Accountability Office.
Meanwhile, Kim currently serves as chief revenue officer for KEB Hana Bank, NA, where he manages the overall lending activities of the business arm. Healixa said his experience in reviewing and interpreting GAAP financial statements and ensuring credits are underwritten properly before the final loan added an important perspective to the oversight of the company.
