Gratomic Inc has announced that, further to its press release of April 12, 2022, it has acquired 100% of the rights and interests in and to the properties known as the ‘Jacobina Prospect’ and the ‘Igrapiuna Prospect’, comprising mineral claims 870162/2019, 870163/2019 and 870599/2019 located in Brazil. The company said the property is within 30 kilometres of its Capim Grosso graphite project located within the Bahia State of Brazil. Gratomic noted it has issued 1,262,865 shares as partial consideration for the property. The company's press release of April 12, 2022 erroneously referred to the issuance of 1,768,011 shares. The 1,262,865 shares issued were valued at $1.40 for a total value of $1,768,011. The shares issued are subject to a hold period expiring October 11, 2022 and 420,955 of the shares are subject to an additional resale restriction until February 10, 2023 with a further 420,955 shares subject to an additional resale restriction until June 10, 2023.

The Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) released its market statistics for May on Monday, revealing that the trading volume and value of CSE-listed securities totaled 1.4 billion shares and $757 million. Seven new companies listed on the exchange last month, including two fundamental changes of existing issuers, bringing the total number of components to 784 as of May 31. Additionally, CSE issuers completed 52 financings that raised a total of $127 million, the group added.
Snowline Gold Corp said it is encouraged with the findings from the first hole of 2022 drilled at the Valley zone at the firm's Rogue project in the Yukon, which has hit mineralization from surface. Valley is one of at least five bulk-tonnage gold targets at the Rogue project and Snowline says the geology there has similarities to Kinross's Fort Knox mine in Alaska and Victoria Gold's Eagle mine in the Yukon. The hole in question (which is still being drilled) at the Valley zone encountered thin sheeted quartz veins through to at least its current depth of 233 metres (m) as of June 12, said Snowline, while seven separate veins hosting visible gold were observed between 39m and 220m depth.

Aftermath Silver Ltd has announced additional assay results from the diamond drill program at its Berenguela silver-copper-manganese project in Peru, which included 5.9 metres (m) of 508 grams per tonne (g/t) silver and 1.1% copper from surface. The junior exploration company said, of the eight holes reported, five intercepted silver-copper mineralization from surface with the majority being within 12m depth. “Our 2021/22 drill campaign continues to deliver excellent results which will be incorporated into a new resource estimate that we're already working on,” Aftermath Silver president Ralph Rushton said in a statement.
Sonoro Gold Corp has reported assay results from the final seven drill holes of the Phase 4 drilling program at its Cerro Caliche gold project in Mexico. The objective of the program was to increase the estimated size and grade of the project’s oxide gold mineralization, as well as extend the estimated life of a proposed heap leach mining operation, the company noted. All in all, the company completed more than 7,200 meters (m) of reverse circulation drilling with 63 drill holes which returned multiple higher-grade gold intercepts and demonstrated the expansion of several known mineralized gold zones within the Cerro Caliche concession.
Quebec Nickel Corp has given investors an update on its ongoing 2022 exploration activities as well as its upcoming work programs at the Ducros polymetallic project in Quebec. The firm has drilled 1,750 metres in eight holes at the new Fortin Sill nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE-gold zone, with over 4,600 metres completed in 16 holes for the Ducros project year-to-date, according to a release. Vancouver-based Quebec Nickel said that the drill results, together with ongoing data compilation, suggest the disseminated, blebby and pseudo-net texture nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE-gold sulphide mineralization at the Fortin Sill zone is characterized by multiple geophysical signatures that extend for at least 250 metres in strike extent.

Canaccord Genuity analysts have repeated a 'Speculative Buy' rating and $1.00 price target on Small Pharma Inc after the biotechnology company published its financial results for the year ended February 28, 2022. They noted that Small Pharma showed a smaller-than-expected net loss of $4.8 million versus their loss estimate of $7 million. The analysts pointed out that operating cash burn was $5.1 million and the company exited the quarter with $43.2M in cash and restricted cash. Management estimates this is sufficient to fund operations for at least the next year, they added.

Electric Royalties Ltd and World Copper Ltd said they have entered into a binding letter of agreement allowing Electric Royalties to acquire 0.5% gross revenue royalty on World Copper’s Zonia copper oxide project in Arizona. Under the agreement, Electric Royalties will gain the royalty in exchange for C$1,550,000 cash and 2,000,000 shares of the company. Electric Royalties will also have the right for a period of 15 months after the closing of the transaction to acquire a further 0.5% gross revenue royalty on the Zonia project for cash consideration of C$3,000,000.
Reunion Gold Corporation said it has unveiled positive drill results from its ongoing program at the Oko West project in Guyana, which included a "significant" extension of mineralization to depth. One hole tested the depth extension of the Kairuni zone in block 4 and hit 3.68 grams per ton (g/t) gold over 71.15 metres (m) to a vertical depth of 575m, the firm said. This was a 226m step-out from the previous deepest hole, which intersected 1.5 g/t gold over 67.3m to a vertical depth of 349m.

Thesis Gold Inc has announced the discovery of a new zone of mineralization near the historic Bingo occurrence at its Ranch project in British Columbia, Canada - the fourth new discovery within the so-called Thesis 'structural corridor' since the company's maiden drill program last year. The firm has reported assays from five holes near Bingo, with one hole showing a length of 35.57 metres (m) starting from 132.43m depth, grading 1.30 grams per ton (g/t) gold, 2.27 parts per million (ppm) silver and 0.32% copper. Within that 35.57m intercept there was also 11.13m at a grade of 2.74 g/t gold, 4.14 ppm silver and 0.45% copper "We are very pleased to have made yet another discovery within the multi-kilometre Thesis Structural Corridor," said Thesis CEO Ewan Webster in a statement.
Todos Medical Ltd has said it is preparing for the commercial launch of a urinary tract infection (UTI) PCR assay after its lab Provista Diagnostics completed validation of a 27-pathogen precision medicine panel. Pacific Empire Minerals Corporation said it has completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Col property in British Columbia, which consists of 17 mineral claims spread over 6618 hectares and is located about 50 kilometres (km) to the southeast of Northwest Copper's Kwanika deposit and 50 km to the northwest of Centerra Gold's Mt. Milligan Mine. The copper exploration company said it purchased the property in exchange for granting the vendors a 2% net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the claims, one-half (1%) of which may be purchased by Pacific Empire for C$500,000. “Ownership of the Col property outright provides us with tremendous flexibility. Unburdened by annual cash payments, share payments and work commitments, we will be able to take the necessary time to bring all of our resources to bear on the property in a cost-effective manner and, when the time is right, we will drill,” Pacific Empire Minerals CEO Brad Peters said in a statement.
Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc said it has commenced a follow-up drill program at its Graal nickel-copper-cobalt property in the Lac St-Jean region of Quebec. The exploration company said the minimum 5,000-metre (m) drill program, conducted by Laurentia Exploration Services, is aimed at testing the geophysical anomalies characterized by high conductance that was highlighted during a recent FL-TDEM (time-domain electromagnetic) geophysical survey. The objective is to verify the continuity and the extent of the nickel-copper-cobalt mineralization and search for the zones with increased thickness. "Our geological team is quite excited to resume drilling at Graal,” Matt Halliday, the company’s president, chief operating officer and vice president for exploration said in a statement. “Almost every drill hole so far has encountered disseminated to massive sulphides with strong nickel, copper, and cobalt mineralization.”
Ridgeline Minerals Corp has announced that the first two holes of the 2022 drill program at its flagship Selena project intersected silver-gold-lead-zinc carbonate replacement (CRD) style mineralization at the CRD target. Cypress Development Corp has announced a milestone for its pilot processing plant in Amargosa Valley, Nevada, USA, namely that it has delivered concentrated lithium solution to two labs in Canada for further testing. "About 4,000 liters of concentrated lithium chloride solution have been delivered from the Pilot Plant to two Canadian laboratories," said Bill Willoughby, CEO of Cypress Development, in a statement. "Each laboratory is now working to further treat the solutions, one to produce lithium carbonate, and the other, lithium hydroxide, as the final end product. "These results will then be used to determine what additional steps are needed, if any, to attain battery-grade standards and evaluate the alternatives for producing these products in the ongoing feasibility study," he added.

Goldshore Resources Inc has announced that drilling has commenced in the Coldstream region at its Moss Lake project, located approximately 100 kilometres west of the city of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Solstice Gold Corp said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a purchase option agreement dated May 30, 2022, between the company and 1544230 Ontario Inc. (Perry V. English), Gravel Ridge Resources Ltd. (Michael M. Frymire and Pamela Misener) and 2873454 Ontario Inc. Each cash payment and share issuance above will be distributed among the optionors on a pro-rata basis of 33.33% to each optionor.
