Garry Stran, chief executive of specialist lender PCF says it has now nearly completed all of the remedial work and is starting to "look forward a lot more again rather than backwards".
He explains that a takeover approach from Castle Trust is at a "very early" stage, but is delighted with the support the bank has received and is still receiving from major shareholder Somers.
“We're all really looking forward to creating a really modern lender here,” he adds.
