SouthStar Battery Metals CEO Richard Pearce joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has agreed to a Letter of Intent with Graphex Technologies (OTCQX:GRFXY, HKG:6128) to jointly develop a manufacturing and processing facility for battery anode material. Pearce telling Proactive the companies plan to share technology and expertise on the design, construction and operations of a battery anode material processing facility. The overall goal is to have a centrally located, vertically integrated supply chain for active battery anode and value-added materials in the Americas.
