Fireweed Zinc CEO Brandon Macdonald joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company made an acquisition signing an Letter of Intent to purchase 100% interest in the Mactung Tungsten Project which is right beside the Macmillan Pass Zinc-Lead-Silver Project in the Yukon. Macdonald telling Proactive, Mactung is one of the largest and highest-grade tungsten deposits in the world and one of the few potential sources of scale for this critical metal outside of China. This new project sits 13 kilometres north of Fireweed’s Tom deposit and is also accessible by the North Canol Highway which will be key in future development.
