Zephyr Energy Plc chief executive Colin Harrington joins Katie to give Proactive the details about a novel crypto mining venture that will give the AIM-quoted firm a head start in its development of the Paradox project, in Utah.
The company today revealed that the crypto facility should be up and running this summer, opening up revenues and data insights whilst Zephyr works to dovetail future drilling and development plans for a connection into nearby infrastructure.
“We wanted to get this well on a longer production run to learn what we can from it and we looked at options to do that where we’re not flaring the gas, because, as we’ve talked about before, we believe very strongly that natural gas shouldn’t be flared”, Harrington said in the interview.
