Goldshore Resources Inc (TSX-V:GSHR, OTCQB:GSHRF) has announced that drilling at its Moss Lake gold project in Ontario indicates the resource is much larger along strike and at depth than previously understood.
The company’s 100,000-metre drill program is aiming to better define and expand high-grade structural zones within the Moss Lake deposit to improve the overall grade and volume beyond that of the historic mineral resource.
Goldshore CEO Brett Richards said the results continued to prove its thesis that the Moss Lake project is much larger along strike and at depth.

“I am also proud of the team at site who have ramped up to seven drill rigs, keeping up to the current pace of data collection and analysis required to fully understand this large deposit,” Richards said.
“We look forward to regular drill results through the forthcoming several months.”
Highlights from the drill results include the identification of high-grade gold mineralization 200m below the previously modelled low-grade Southwest Zone, with intercepts of 1m at 8.32 grams per tone (g/t) gold from 358.5m and 23m at 2.57 g/t gold from 514 m, including 1.55m at 32.6 g/t gold from 514 m.
Another hole extended the strike extent of the southern parallel zone by 600m with mineralized intersections within a broad low-grade envelope at the end of the hole.
Gold mineralization was also added to the eastern and western fronts of the Main Zone, with the best intercepts adding 200 m to the depth extent of the deposit.
Goldshore Resources is a junior gold development company that is advancing the Moss Lake gold project in northwest Ontario through exploration and development.
