Graphene Manufacturing Group announces changes to leadership team and Technical Advisory Committee

The company has established a Technical Advisory Committee which will include Bob Galyen, an experienced executive in the battery energy storage world, and Dan Brett, Professor of Electrochemical Engineering at the University College London

Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTC:GMGMF) has announced changes to its leadership team and Technical Advisory Committee which it says will support the company as it explores opportunities related to its targeted energy-saving and energy storage solutions.

The company said these opportunities continue to provide encouragement for it to invest resources to drive sales from its energy-saving business and support the continued maturation of its graphene-aluminum ion battery technology.

With this focus in mind, Graphene has established a Technical Advisory Committee which will include Bob Galyen, an experienced executive in the battery energy storage world, and Dan Brett, Professor of Electrochemical Engineering at the University College London.

The company also announced the appointments of Mark Chan Yan as Battery General Manager, Mark Lock as Energy Savings Solutions General Manager, Jeffrey Morris as Chief Technology and Projects Officer, Tim Scheiwe as Head of Marketing, and Najana Reddy as General Manager Business Services.

Additionally, the company said its chief financial officer and director Chris Ohlrich has decided to leave Graphene for personal reasons since relocating to Melbourne with his family.

Current financial controller Deborah Appleton will act as the interim CFO as the company searches for Ohlrich’s replacement.

Graphene Manufacturing Group is a clean-technology-focused company offering energy-saving and energy storage products and solutions, enabled by graphene manufactured in-house via a proprietary production process.
