Avation PLC (LSE:AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, has agreed to a 44-four month lease term extension on an Airbus A320-200 aircraft operated by easyJet PLC.
The new expiry date for the lease is October 2026.
The company also advised shareholders its subsidiary Capital Lease Aviation (AIM:CLA) (CLA) has declared an interim dividend of 17p per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register of members as at 31 May 2022.
