Boosh Plant-Based Brands Inc (CSE:VEGI, OTC:VGGIF) has announced changes to its leadership team, saying its founder and president Connie Marples will also serve as interim CEO.
The company noted that Jim Pakulis has stepped down as CEO and as a member of the board.
“(We want to thank Jim) for his entrepreneurial leadership and guidance,” said Boosh Plant-Based Brands.

The company said it will issue Pakulis a bonus of 500,000 shares, with each share having a deemed value of $0.25 per share and subject to a four-month and one day hold period ending on October 3, 2022 in accordance with the policies of the CSE.
Additionally, Boosh Plant-based Brands said it will be exhibiting at Canada's largest Vegan show Planted Expo from June 4-5, 2022 at the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre and will be selling and sampling a variety of Beanfields Chips as well as Boosh Chili, Sloppy Joes and Mushroom Soup.
