Shree Minerals Ltd (ASX:SHH)'s Davide Bosio speaks with Proactive’s Ky Chow about the company’s outlook and why he was attracted to the explorer, including the company’s value. Having agreed to divest its stake in its lithium, rare earth and base metals assets, while still delivering shareholders value into the new IPO in charge of these assets, Metals Grove. Shree will be a major shareholder in Metals Grove, so SHH investors retain upside. Finally, Bosio speaks about exploration assets in the Lachlan Fold, in particular the Dundas Project near Norseman which is highly prospective for precious metals, lithium and base metals.
