The company used flotation, re-grinding and leaching techniques to recover up to 96.9% gold from the project’s sulphide ores. Looking ahead, Munckton says Cardinia's Eastern Corridor is shaping up as a target of interest thanks to a spate of recent drilling results and test-work on the Cardinia Hill and Helens prospect ore.
