Feedback sees full-year revenue ‘materially ahead’ of market forecasts

The company announced the appointment of Annemijn Eschauzier as a non-executive director with immediate effect, as Tim Irish steps down after five years

Feedback PLC (AIM:FDBK) said it expects revenue for the year ended 31 May 2022 to be “materially ahead” of market expectations after its strong trading momentum continued into the second half.

The specialist clinical communication company attributed its performance to progress with its flagship product Bleepa as well as additional technology licence fees arising from its partnership with Imaging Engineering LLC.

"We are delighted to report that revenue is expected to be materially ahead of expectations. Importantly, we are developing relationships with existing and new partners and believe that we are at an inflection point for growth as we continue to see the benefits of investing the funds raised last year,” commented Feedback chairman Rory Shaw.

The company also announced the appointment of Annemijn Eschauzier as a non-executive director with immediate effect, as Tim Irish steps down after five years.

With over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, Eschauzier is adding a strong healthcare and digital skill sets, Feedback noted.

Eschauzier began her career at GlaxoSmithKline before moving to GE Healthcare, where she held a variety of leadership positions for over 15 years, becoming chief marketing officer for women's health in 2017. She is now with Hardian Health, a company that provides strategic services to navigate the digital health sector.

"We are delighted to welcome Annemijn to the board and believe that she will bring a wealth of experience as we steer the company ever faster towards the commercial growth of our technologies,” said Shaw.
