Nano One Materials Chief Technology Officer Dr Stephen Campbell joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has signed a joint development agreement with large chemistry company BASF to co-develop a process with reduced by-products for commercial production of next-generation cathode active materials. Campbell telling Proactive this will include BASF’s HEDTM-family of advanced CAM plus Nano One’s patented One-Pot process and metal direct to CAM technologies. This is a Multi-phase agreement which includes a detailed commercialization study for pre-pilot, pilot and scaled up production.
