Pathfinder Ventures (TSX-V:RV) Inc has said that its 1Q revenue received a boost from an increase in occupied site nights at the company’s RV resorts in British Columbia.
The company posted revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2022, of $459,078 compared to $313,765 for the year-ago quarter.
Occupied site nights in 1Q 2022 were 12,512 compared to 11,588 in the same period last year.

Pathfinder CEO Joe Bleackley said in the first quarter of 2022, the company had focused on preparing all locations and staff for a busy spring and summer camping season.
“We finished off outstanding projects and upgrades at our three British Columbia locations as we strive to deliver the best possible experience for our RV guests,” he said.
“Our RV resorts are seeing increased reservations and occupancy rates and we're looking forward to building upon our current foundation with expansions and more locations."
The company reported an adjusted loss before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of $307,278 for the quarter, compared to $284,920 for the same period last year.
Pathfinder Ventures (TSX-V:RV) operates a network of premier branded, upscale, and family-friendly RV parks and campgrounds.
