Drug repurposing group Nuformix PLC (LSE:NFX) said its executive chairman, Dr Alastair Riddell, has resigned with immediate effect to take a full-time role with another company.
Nuformix said the board will review the management requirements for the business, with further updates provided "in due course".
Non-executive director, Dr Julian Gilbert, told investors: "Whilst it is disappointing that Alastair is leaving the company, we thank him for his contribution to the company over the past year and wish him well in his new position."
