GTI Energy Ltd (ASX:GTR)’s subsidiary Regener8 Resources NL will close its priority offer by tomorrow, May 31, at 5pm.
Regener8 is a digital publication that advocates for regeneration of the eco-system, soil, food chain and communities. The publication says it promotes the rapid transition to regenerative farming techniques by promoting engagement and awareness around the topic.
On May 3, 2022, Regener8 lodged a prospectus with ASIC to raise up to $5 million via the offering of 27.5 million new shares at an issue price of $0.20 and list to the ASX.
Change of name
GTI Resources last week changed its name to GTI Energy Ltd (ASX:GTR) following the approval received from GTI shareholders at the company’s AGM.
As part of the Regener8 offer, the GTR subsidiary is offering priority on 12.5 million shares to current holders of GTI Energy shares.
Eligible shareholders can apply on a 'first in first served' basis, for at least the minimum allocation of 10,000 shares or $2,000 up to a combined value of $2.5 million.
If that limit is exceeded, the Regener8 board will allocate the priority shares at their discretion, with the oversubscriptions to be distributed under the public offer.
