Todos Medical Ltd's CEO Gerald Commissiong has provided investors with an update on the company’s CLIA/CAP-certified lab Provista Diagnostics, its 3CL Pharma majority-owned subsidiary progress, and plans to uplist the company's stock to a national stock exchange. In a statement, Commissiong said the company's lab Provista Diagnostics was getting further entrenched in the PCR testing business, expanding beyond coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR testing to also test for pathogens such as urinary tract infection with PCR. He said the company believed this provided significantly more value over the previous standard of cell culture assays by enabling a faster turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours, compared to three to seven days for cell culture.
Pure Gold Mining Inc said it has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement for total gross proceeds of C$31.1 million. The company said between the first and second tranches it had issued a total of 207,240,960 units of the company at a price of C$0.15 per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one transferrable share purchase warrant that entitles the holder to acquire one common share of Pure Gold for six months from the closing date of the offering at a price of C$0.18.
Lithiumbank Resources Corp said it has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of 1,507,116 company common share purchase warrants originally issued in January this year as part of a private placing. The board of directors has approved the extension of the expiry date of the January warrants from January 28, 2025, to February 16, 2025. The January warrants will remain exercisable into one company share at an exercise price of $2 per share. The extension of the January warrants remains subject to final approval of the TSX-V.

Todos Medical Ltd has revealed that its majority-owned subsidiary 3CL Pharma will present final data from the phase 2 clinical trial of Tollovir in the treatment of hospitalized severe and critical coronavirus (COVID-19) patients at the upcoming Personalized Medicine World Conference (PMWC). The medical diagnostics and related solutions company said the presentation will be made at the PMWC on June 30, 2022, at 1.30pm Pacific Time. “While the company announced positive topline clinical results from this trial in late January this year, it became clear that the final dataset with the biomarker data and other key clinical data results were going to be critical to allow the market to understand the full impact that Tollovir could have on the standard care in treatment of hospitalized patients,” Todos CEO Gerald E. Commissiong said in a statement.
C3 Metals Inc announced that a 5,000 metre (m) drill program at its 100% owned Bellas Gate copper-gold porphyry project in Jamaica will begin this weekend. The junior minerals exploration company said drilling is designed to test multiple porphyry copper targets identified within the “regionally significant” Crawl River Fault zone, as well as target epithermal gold prospects on the property. “We are excited to commence drilling on a number of untested copper-gold porphyry systems and historic mine workings with impressive copper mineralization but limited multi-discipline exploration,” C3 Metals CEO Kevin Tomlinson said in a statement.
FansUnite Entertainment Inc has reported revenue of C$9.67 million for the three months to March 31, 2022, up a whopping 804% from a year earlier, boosted by positive results across all its business units. The sports and entertainment company said it achieved positive cashflow from operations of C$500,000 in the first quarter – a first and a significant milestone in the current market condition – compared to a negative cash flow of C$2.2 million in the year-ago period. “We began this year with solid growth to our top line despite the headwinds faced in the global economy. Our revenue growth was supported by positive progress across all of our business units," said FansUnite CEO Scott Burton in a statement.
Southern Energy Corp has announced higher petroleum and natural gas sales for the three months ended March 31, 2022, on the back of significant improvements in commodity prices during the quarter. The established producer with natural gas and light oil assets in Mississippi posted petroleum and natural gas sales of US$5.92 million in the first quarter, compared to US$3.86 million a year ago. Moving forward, Southern said it will continue to practise financial discipline, including enhancing its operations and evaluating opportunities to reduce operating and capital costs.
Silvercorp Metals Inc said its revenue in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, rose by 13% to $217.9 million, up from $192.1 million in the prior year. During the year, the China-focused firm said it mined 996,280 tonnes of ore, up 3% from the previous year. In the same period, it milled 1,002,335 tonnes of ore, a 4% rise from the prior year. Adjusted earnings attributable to equity holders reached $52.4 million, or $0.30 per share, compared to $49.8 million, or $0.28 per share in the prior year. Cash flow from operations was $107.4 million, up 25% or $21.5 million from $85.9 million in the prior year.

Tocvan Ventures Corp has unveiled encouraging Phase III drill results from its Pilar gold-silver project in Sonora, Mexico, which continues to show the potential to expand mineralization. In all, 1,562 metres (m) have been sunk in nine holes, providing key information across the project's Main Zone and 4-T Trend. The results from two holes were released targeting the Main Zone extension, with one hole hitting 63.4m at a grade of 0.6 grams per ton (g/t) gold and 11 g/t silver, from a depth of 60.8m. Within that intersection was 29.9m at 0.9 g/t gold and 18 g/t silver, starting at 60.8m. The second hole hit a broad anomalous gold zone, indicating mineralization continues further to the southeast. It intersected 107.3m at 0.1 g/t gold from 60.3m.
Electra Battery Materials Corporation has updated on its plans to develop a low carbon, fully-integrated battery materials park for the North American electric vehicle industry, noting that the project is on schedule to commence dry commissioning in December despite constraints in the global supply chain. Based on trends in the market, the company said its management believes that the US$67 million capital budget could be exceeded by approximately 5-10%. It added, however, that its early decision to create an experienced owner's team has been a mitigating factor and that management believes the company is well-positioned to navigate a more complex landscape. TomaGold Corp said it has wrapped up an induced polarization (IP) survey over the southern portion of its 100%-owned Obalski property near Chibougamau, Quebec. The Montreal-based firm said it expects to receive the results integrating the December 2021 and May 2022 surveys from Abitibi Geophysics in the coming weeks. In a statement, TomaGold said that the survey results will provide important data for the next drilling program on Obalski, scheduled for June or July 2022.
Cordoba Minerals Corp said its recently completed exploration diamond drilling program at its San Matias copper, gold and silver project in Columbia has provided further evidence of the mineral resource’s potential. The company said it had completed a total of 2,152.7 metres (m) of diamond drilling, with four holes focused on the suspected buried Alacran Porphyry Target, below a proposed open pit, and two holes within the Alacran Northern Extension Target. A highlight from the drill program was an intercept of 1.11% copper and 0.19 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 12.35 g/t silver over 27.35m.
Nickel North Exploration Corp said it has closed the second and final tranche of the private placement previously announced on April 5, 2022, in the amount of $37,500, and has announced a new flow-through private placement for gross proceeds of up to $200,000. Proceeds from the issuance of the FT units will be used for field exploration programs on the Hawk Ridge Ni-Cu-PGE-Co project in 2022. In the final tranche of the previously announced private placement, the company issued 750,000 units at $0.05 per unit. Each unit comprised one common shares in the capital of the company and one full common share purchase warrant, each full warrant being exercisable into one share at an exercise price of $0.075 for two years from the date of issuance date, subject to the following acceleration clause.
Ximen Mining Corp announced that it has begun its 2022 exploration programs, starting with the Nelson property in southeastern British Columbia (BC). The mineral exploration company said initial work will include sampling of the Wilcox mine dump, thickness measurements of the Wilcox tailings, collection of a bulk tailings sample of tailings for metallurgical testing, and determination of the bulk density of tailings. Ximen noted that soil sampling will resume where the 2021 program stopped once the snowpack has melted, while drilling is planned for the California gold mine later in the season.

RE Royalties Ltd said it has entered into an agreement with Revolve Renewable Power Corp to provide a $1.6 million secured loan to support Revolve's acquisition of a portfolio of six operational rooftop solar generation projects in Mexico with a combined generating capacity of 2.4 megawatts. The loan and corresponding acquisition will be subject to customary closing conditions. The loan will have a term of 24 months and bear interest at the rate of 10% per annum, compounded monthly, and payable quarterly. The company will receive a structuring fee of 1.5% on the loan value at closing, and an additional fee of 1.5% on the loan value at the end of term. The company will also receive a gross revenue royalty of 5% on four of the projects and 1% on two of the projects for the remaining life of the PPAs. Blue Sky Uranium Corp said it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of the outstanding warrants as follows: 24,906,588 that are set to expire on June 11, 2022 (previously extended from 2020) to be extended to June 11, 2023. These warrants were originally issued under a private placement completed by the company in June 2018. None of the warrants have been exercised. The exercise price of the warrants will remain at $0.30. Each warrant, when exercised, will be exchangeable for one common share of the company.
