Allergy Therapeutics PLC (AIM:AGY, OTC:AGYTF)’s chief financial officer has said he plans to leave the company after six years to pursue non-executive roles.
Nick Wykeman will leave in six months, giving the business time to recruit a successor.
Chief executive Manuel Llobet said: "We are very sorry that Nick Wykeman has decided to leave the company after a successful period with the business but fully understand his decision.
“I should like to take this opportunity to thank him for his dedication and insight over the past six years and look forward to his replacement joining the group."
