Nextleaf Solutions CEO Paul Pedersen joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share details the company has announced the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office has granted the company a patent for its foundational process for producing high-purity CBD and THC ingredients. Pedersen shares with Proactive that Medical cannabis is currently legal in Jamaica and there is potential for a commercial market in Jamaica over the 20 year life of the patent.
