Pathfinder Ventures kicks off summer camping season with 100% occupancy at its RV camp resorts over the Victoria Day long weekend

“This is a great sign of things to come for our summer business,” said Pathfinder Ventures chief operating officer Stan Duckworth

Pathfinder Ventures (TSX-V:RV) Inc has announced a strong start to the summer camping season with all three of its RV camp resorts in British Columbia, Canada, reaching 100% occupancy over the Victoria Day long weekend.

Pathfinder owns Pathfinder Camp Resorts Agassiz-Harrison, Pathfinder Camp Resorts Parksville, and the contract to operate Fort Camping in Fort Langley, totalling 324 bookable sites across the three locations.

The company noted that the Victoria Day long weekend, which fell on May 20-23 this year, was the unofficial kick-off to summer camping.

Pathfinder chief operating officer Stan Duckworth said the company was excited to see all its parks at maximum capacity over the May long weekend, which marked the company’s first Victoria Day long weekend with all three of its parks in full operation.

“This is a great sign of things to come for our summer business,” Duckworth said.

The company noted that this was the first Victoria Day long weekend since 2019 where Canadians had the opportunity to travel across the border to the United States and camp elsewhere.

“The fact that people have the option to travel south this May but have still chosen to stay with our resort speaks to the quality and value we are providing our guests and the strong reputation we plan to maintain and build through the summer and beyond,” said Pathfinder CEO Joe Bleackley.

Pathfinder Ventures (TSX-V:RV) operates a network of premier branded, upscale, and family-friendly RV parks and campgrounds.
