Recruiter.com Group Inc. has updated its artificial intelligence recruiting software platform to improve search capacity, email outreach and candidate tracking, the company announced.
Chief among the updates is a new candidate tracker that helps companies better manage their candidate pipeline by curating a list of potential candidates and reviewing their backgrounds and skills.
The candidate tracker dashboard lets employers see each candidate’s background in one integrated view, allowing them to quickly approve or deny candidates. Employers are also able to add notes when deciding whom to bring in for interviews, further streamlining the hiring process.

Other updates include the ability to search for qualified candidates by current or former job titles, industry, geographic location, hard skills and more, the company said. Also, employers are now able to send outreach emails to the most qualified candidates faster, create outreach sequences and A/B test different subject lines to improve engagement with passive candidates.
Chief Technology Officer Xuan Smith recently led demonstrations of the updated components of Recruiter.com’s artificial intelligence.
“I couldn’t be more proud to have led the development of our AI recruiting software and our team of talented engineers,” Smith said in a statement. “Recruiter.com is here to help companies of all sizes, from Fortune 100s to rapidly growing startups, meet their hiring needs effortlessly. These advancements to Recruiter.com AI keep employer needs top of mind, helping to make their hiring journey to finding the perfect candidates as quick and easy as possible.”
When the candidate tracker combines with Recruiter.com’s Recruiters On Demand service, the result delivers not only qualified and engaged candidates but screened and ready-to-interview talent, the company said. This means more time spent speaking with ideal candidates rather than sourcing and screening hundreds of people.
“We now have a diverse base of clients using the Recruiter.com AI service to source and engage talent from a variety of industries and experience levels, including law firms, healthcare providers, media companies, gaming, semiconductor manufacturers and even freelance marketplace platforms,” CEO Evan Sohn said.
