Manganese X Energy Corp (TSX-V:MN, OTCQB:MNXXF) CEO Martin Kepman tells Proactive said it is in a number of ongoing discussions with potential strategic partners looking to source high purity manganese products after the encouraging Preliminary Economic Assessment results at its Battery Hill Manganese Project.
The company has started developing a pilot plant program at the project and will engage an engineering firm to design the work for its field pilot plant, utilizing the company's solution to produce high purity manganese sulphate without using selenium. The field pilot plant will aim to demonstrate the company's proprietary process under near commercial scale operating conditions, using a modular design.
