Reunion Gold Corporation (TSX-V:RGD) has announced that its shares are now trading on the OTCQB Venture market under the ticker symbol “RGDFF.”
The company said the OTCQB, a US trading platform operated by the OTC Markets Group in New York, should bring greater visibility and convenience of trading the company’s shares to US investors.
“The listing on OTCQB helps introduce Reunion Gold to a larger audience and improve liquidity in the stock, which is an important factor in the company's development," said Reunion Gold CEO Carlos Bertoni.

Reunion Gold shares are eligible for electronic clearing and settlement in the US through the Depository Trust Company, a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly-traded companies.
The company’s shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada under the ticker symbol “RGD.”
Meanwhile, the company has announced that its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on June 9, 2022, at 11 am ET.
All shareholders as of the record date of April 28, 2022, are eligible to vote at the meeting.
Reunion Gold’s 2022 Management Information Circular, which contains information about all director nominees and amendments to the company’s stock option plan and performance and restricted share unit plan is available on SEDAR and on the Reunion Gold website.
