Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) said it is encouraged by the material results of testing on Rio Cravo Este-2 (RCE-2), its second well on the Tapir Block in the Llanos Basin of Colombia.

RCE-2 identified new zones for further exploitation with flowing results returning better than expected, Calgary-based Arrow added.

The Royal Mint Physical Gold ETC (LSE:RMAU) has reached over US$600m in assets under management (AUM), more than doubled since the end of 2021.

Starting the year at US$278mln by April 29, the exchange-traded product's assets topped US$600mln, representing year-to-date growth of 117.6% and the highest AUM since its launch in 2020.

Polarean Imaging PLC (AIM:POLX, OTC:PLLWF) continues to build up its commercial organisation in anticipation of a successful launch as soon as it secures approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), chief executive Richard Hullihen said in the company’s final results statement.

Since the turn of the year, Polarean has re-submitted a New Drug Application (NDA) to the FDA, after October’s FDA response letter.

Open Orphan PLC (AIM:ORPH, OTC:OPORF) said its hVIVO subsidiary has landed a £7.3mln influenza challenge study.

Under the terms of the deal, the company researchers will carry out a double-blind, placebo-controlled assessment of the drug, which means one cohort will receive the active treatment, while the other half will be administered a substance with no medicinal value.

Arecor Therapeutics PLC (AIM:AREC) today told investors that it will host a key opinion leader webinar, entitled "The Need for Concentrated and Rapid Acting Insulin Treatments in Diabetes Care". The company said that the event will explore the treatment challenges for the growing number of people living with diabetes, particularly those with type 2 diabetes, who require high daily doses of insulin to maintain their blood glucose within their target range.

Arecor, which is developing a novel insulin product candidate, added that the event on May 26 will host four world-class experts in the field of diabetes care, and, it will be followed by a live Q&A session.
