Altus Strategies PLC (AIM:ALS, TSX-V:ALTS, OTCQX:ALTUF) said the repayment of its strategic loan from La Mancha Fund SCSP has been extended by six months to the end of December.
"The extension of the La Mancha facility to 31 December 2022 provides us with enhanced flexibility to manage our balance sheet while we actively review additional transactions in line with our strategy," said Altus chief executive Steven Poulton.
The repayment date for the loan facility had previously been extended to June 30 from its original date of February 17.

The mining royalty company entered into the facility with La Mancha, its largest shareholder with a 35.08% stake, last August and drew down US$29mln.
