Oncotelic Therapeutics (OTCQB:OTLC) Chief Business Officer Saran Saund talks to Proactive about the Agoura Hills, California-based group's recent joint venture with Dragon Overseas Capital Limited (LSE:CAPD) to help commercialize its lead drug candidate OT-101, to treat brain and pancreatic cancers. Saund says Dragon has committed to deploy $28 million to help commercialize the drug, while Oncotelic will pursue a public listing in Hong Kong.
