Cellular Goods PLC (LSE:CBX), a specialist in cannabinoid-based health and beauty products, has made three key changes to its team of independent directors.
Chairman Peter Wall is stepping down to devote more time to his executive roles and will be replaced by non-executive director (NED) Darcy Taylor.
Gill Whitty-Collins has been appointed a NED to succeed David Gardner, who is leaving Cellular due to time commitments at his other business interests.
For the past 25 years, Whitty-Collins has held senior roles at Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) where she led global brands such as Olay, Always and Pantene.
She is also the author of 'WHY MEN WIN AT WORK…and how we can make inequality history'.
Finally, Cellular has also brought on board Misha Sher as a NED in succession to Ross Connolly.
A senior media executive, Sher "spearheaded growth" at the sports, entertainment and culture business unit at MediaCom, where he worked with brands such as eBay, Uber, Coca-Cola, P&G, American Airlines, Apple and Toyota.
New chairman Taylor said: "I'm delighted to accept the baton from Peter as Cellular Goods embarks on the next phase of its development.”
