Vejii Holdings President and Chief Operating Officer Darren Gill joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has signed an LOI to acquire Frozenly Limited. Gill telling Proactive, Frozenly is a UK-based company which operates an e-commerce platform called MightyPlants.com which is a marketplace that provides Direct to Consumer logistics and delivery for plant-based foods across the UK. Gill also told Proactive, this is a major milestone for the company as the UK represents one of the strongest global markets for the plant-based foods industry which is expected to hit 1.1 billion by 2024.
