Mednow Inc (TSX-V:MNOW, OTCQB:MDNWF) has confirmed that its common shares are now trading on the OTCQX Best Market in the US under the ticker symbol MDNWF.
"We are pleased to reach the milestone of graduating to trading on OTCQX, as this will make it easier for our US. investors to invest in Mednow by reducing the requirement of having a Canadian trading account," said Karim Nassar, the CEO of Mednow, in a statement
The OTCQX Best Market is the highest market tier of OTC Markets, which operated markets on which 12,000 US and global securities trade. Trading on OTCQX will enhance the visibility and accessibility of the company to US investors.
Mednow's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MNOW.
