NCC Group PLC (LSE:NCC) said chief executive Adam Palser is stepping down after more than four and a half years in the role.
The cyber security group said it has appointed Mike Maddison, currently head of EY's cyber security, privacy, and trusted technology practice for EMEA, as his replacement, joining the board at the start of August.
NCC also said it expects revenues in the second half of the year to end-May will be “substantially higher” than the 14.2% growth in the first half and the prior year period on a constant currency basis.
It said this was driven by the US$220mln addition of IPM in June last year to the Software Resilience arm, along with the Assurance division seeing accelerating revenue growth, particularly in North America and the UK.
“The board expects that the increased momentum in revenues will continue into the forthcoming financial year (FY23) as a result of increased volumes and day rates,” it said.
Palser will remain as CEO until mid-June, with non-executive chair Chris Stone becoming executive chair for the six-week interim period until Maddison starts.
Stone said Maddison has an “impressive track record" and that, “with his skills I am confident that NCC Group will be able to build on the momentum it is already seeing across its markets”.
The shares rose 0.2% to 185.35p on Monday morning.
