They've teamed up with precious metals streaming and royalty company Triple Flag to exclusively advance discussions and ink definitive funding agreements, which are anticipated next quarter.
The company's also signed a term sheet with Stratega Metals that provides a binding exclusivity agreement for amenability test-work on samples of nickel-copper-cobalt-gold-platinum group element concentrates from Orion’s Jacomynspan Nickel-PGE Project in South Africa.
