Dart Mining NL (ASX:DTM) has appointed experienced company director Richard Udovenya as a non-executive director to its board, effective May 6.
Udovenya is the principal partner of the law firm Resources Law International, which focuses on natural resources projects in Australia and Africa.
International legal experience
He has around 37 years’ legal experience in Australia and New Zealand as a director of and legal advisor to a number of Australian and international companies.
DTM also announced the resignation of Luke Robinson as a non-executive director as of May 6.
The board thanked Robinson for his “very constructive and valuable contribution to the company since joining the board” and wished him well in his future endeavours.
