Perk Labs Inc. (CSE:PERK, OTCQB:PKLBF) has announced the appointment of Vanessa Altamirano as the company’s interim chief financial officer, after Norman Tan said he will step down as the CFO on May 6, 2022, to pursue other interests.
The mobile commerce platform owner noted that Altamirano has served in various financial and accounting roles at Perk Labs since 2017, including her current role as the company's controller.
“I look forward to working with Vanessa in the Interim CFO role and her long tenure and deep knowledge of the company's finances and accounting will ensure a smooth transition,” Perk Labs CEO Jonathan Hoyles said in a statement.

“I'd like to thank Norman for his dedication and support and wish him the best in his future endeavours,” Hoyles added.
The company said Altamirano has received the training and preparation to step into the CFO role, while Tan will remain available to support an orderly handover.
