Coinsilium becomes Silta advisor; enters ECA

The blockchain and open finance venture builder will provide strategic advice on market trends, innovations and new developments in decentralised finance (DeFi) and blockchain-powered project finance

Coinsilium Group Ltd (AQSE:COIN, OTCQB:CINGF) said it will act as advisor to Silta Finance AG and has entered an Early Contribution Agreement (ECA) to buy US$75,000 of future SILTA tokens.

The blockchain and open finance venture builder will provide strategic advice on market trends, innovations and new developments in decentralised finance (DeFi) and blockchain-powered project finance.

“One of the early visions of Decentralised Finance (DeFi) was the potential for creating a practical bridge between the world of crypto finance and real-world infrastructure project finance," said Coinsilium chief executive Eddy Travia.

"Until now we have reviewed many DeFi projects aiming to address the complexities of this challenge, however, Silta stands out uniquely for us as having a real potential for creating a workable bridge between real world infrastructure projects and crypto finance and liquidity."

Silta, the Switzerland-registered company, said it aims to balance cryptocurrency investors’ portfolios with products largely immune to the fluctuations in the market, Coinsilium explained.

It will connect DeFi to sustainability conscious infrastructure project developers.
