Caledonia Mining Corporation PLC (AIM:CMCL, NYSE-A:CMCL) said it appointed Gordon Wylie to its board of directors as an independent non-executive with immediate effect.
He has over 46 years’ experience in the mining industry in exploration geology and mining, spanning 40 countries in five different continents.
"As Caledonia continues to focus on new opportunities, we believe Gordon's exploration experience in emerging mining jurisdictions will be invaluable in contributing to the company's growth and development," Leigh Wilson, Caledonia chairman, said.
The company also announced the appointment of Cenkos Securities PLC (AIM:CNKS) as its nominated adviser and joint broker with effect from today.
