Cult Food Sciences CEO Lejjy Gafour joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has made an investment in a company called Unicorn Biotechnologies.
Gafour telling Proactive this company has developed a cell manufacturing system that aims to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of the production of animal cell products to cultivate meat. Lejjy also shared with Proactive their portfolio company CELL AG TECH has signed an agreement with the Centre for Commercialization of Regenerative Medicine to scale-up its cell manufacturing process for cell-based fish products.
