Moho Resources identifies Nova 'eye' lookalike at Manjimup Nickel-Copper-PGE Project

“Moho is looking forward to working with the highly credentialed Whistlepipe consultants at our 100%-owned Manjimup Project as we steadily ramp up our exploration for nickel-copper-PGE mineralisation in WA,” says MD.

Moho Resources Ltd (ASX:MOH) is by the discovery of very similar geology to IGO Ltd’s Nova Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project at the recently acquired Manjimup Nickel-Copper-Platinum Group Element (PGE) Project in southwest Western Australia.

With a review of open file WAMEX (mineral exploration) reports and government data, Moho has identified several geological, geochemical and geophysical features synonymous with nickel-copper-PGE mineralisation and the Nova Project in particular

Specifically, the 'eye' shape of prospective rock types coupled with base metal and PGE geochemical anomalies in historical samples provide evidence of prospectivity for nickel-copper-PGE mineralisation in the area.

Same scale, target comparison between the Manjimup and Nova Project.

Moho to step-up exploration

“Moho is looking forward to working with the highly credentialed Whistlepipe consultants at our 100%-owned Manjimup Project as we steadily ramp up our exploration for nickel-copper-PGE mineralisation in WA,” Moho Resources managing director Shane Sadleir said.

Having commissioned a level 1 fauna and flora desktop survey, Moho will now focus on planning the orientation of soil sampling surveys and geological mapping, landowner engagement and land access agreements, a level 2 desktop survey and both ground gravity and electromagnetic (EM) geophysical surveys.

Meanwhile, Moho has already submitted a Dieback Management Plan to the DMIRS and commissioned a fauna & flora desktop survey.
