Brickability Group PLC (AIM:BRCK) appointed a new independent non-executive director, who will replace the chairman on both the audit and remuneration committees.
Susan McErlain will assume this role at the construction materials distributor on 9 May.
"Susan's highly successful track record shows that she will be an excellent addition to the board as Brickability continues to perform against its stated strategy,” chairman John Richards said in a statement.
She has had an executive career spanning 30 years acting as a communications adviser across various sectors.
McErlain now has two non-executive director roles with AIM-listed companies Trackwise Designs PLC (AIM:TWD) and Dewhurst (AIM:DWHT) Group PLC, where she is a member of the audit and remuneration committees.
