Hiremii Ltd (ASX:HMI) has raised $585,000 from institutional and sophisticated investors by way of a placement of 13 million fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.045 per share.
The placement follows the company’s recent share purchase plan (SPP) and 7.8 million shares were issued pursuant to the shareholder approval to place the SPP shortfall.
Moving forward, the funds raised under the placement will be used for the expansion Hiremii's business and working capital purposes.

SPP highlights
Hiremii had confirmed that the SPP announced to the ASX on January 12 this year has closed, raising a total of $448,250.
There were 9,961,095 ordinary shares allotted and issued under the SPP at A$0.045 per share.
