Westwater Resources Chairman Terence Cryan tells Proactive the group has broke ground on its $202 million graphite processing plant in Kellyton, Alabama.
Cryan says the plant will process raw graphite into refined, battery-grade graphite and once completed and fully operational, it is expected to produce 7,500 metric tons of refined graphite each year.
