Stelar Metals Ltd (ASX:SLB)’s Colin Skidmore discusses progress at the Linda Zinc Project, where Stelar is searching for battery metals, and the rising star of zinc as a critical battery mineral.
The project was lightly explored by BHP in the 1980s, which revealed some anomalous zinc results, but was hampered by the rugged terrain and hard rock of the limestone geology. Stelar considers these results very promising, as they were gathered far from mineralisation outcrops known to the company.
