Galliford Try Holdings PLC (LSE:GFRD) has appointed former Goldman Sachs board member as a new non-executive director, with effect from the start of May.
Sally Boyle will become a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees for the UK construction group.
“The group intends that Sally will, following a period of 12 months' transition, assume the role of chair of the remuneration committee on the current chair stepping down," Peter Ventress, chair, commented.
Sally, who is also a non-executive director of the Royal Air Force, was on the board of Goldman Sachs International, its management committee and its global diversity committee.
