H&T Group PLC (AIM:HAT) appointed a new non-executive director to broaden and deepen the board’s expertise in marketing and digital operations.
Toni Wood, who is also a director of WVC Group Ltd and Ginger Homes Ltd, will start her new role on 12 May, the company said in a statement.
The UK’s leading pawnbroker said it continues to search for another non-executive director following the approaching departure of both Mark Smith and Elaine Draper, who will not stand for re-election.
The former DFS Trading Ltd director’s appointment and subsequent ones reinforce its aim of enhancing the presence of its core pawnbroking and jewellery retailing sectors, the company added.
