Wellbeing Digital Science CEO Najla Guthrie joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has signed a memorandum of understanding with Pathway Health (TSX-V:PHC) Corp. to sell certain Canadian assets of Wellbeing. Guthrie telling Proactive, Pathway would acquire a license for the pain management program and the intellectual property associated with the provision of intravenous ketamine services to treat mental health conditions with IRP Health Ltd.
